I saw Pres. Monson and Pres. Uckdworft last night! along with Sis. Anne Dib. They all came to our TYC preformance for our new temple! IT WAS SO AMAZING! Pres. Monson talked to us youth, and said some very inspiring words. I love our prophet so much.
What an awesome story, See, even future Prophets of the Lord have a great sense of humor. What a great man he is, and so humble.

President Larry Laycock and his wife, Sister Lisa Laycock head the Santiago Chile East Mission and had spent the two weeks prior to the 8.8 earthquake visiting each missionary apartment and preparing them for an earthquake. They brought specific instructions on what to do, supplied water purification bottles for the missionaries, told them how to create a 36-hour kit for emergencies and how to stay in communication should an earthquake strike

The Stake Center we were at had to take a few minutes to quiet the laughter 
the humor, in this lesson never dies. but neither does the lesson this gives us.

I loved this story! President Monson is by far one of the best speakers EVER!! I could listen to him all day.
Very inspiring man!
It’s great to see that the prophet has a sense of humor — and that he can be even a little childish. If not, I’d forget he was human and give up trying to follow–ok, maybe not, but still it’s nice to know.
Besides, isn’t he one of the best speakers you’ve seen?
