I SOOOOOOOO Remember this episode on Rocko, Filbert had to be my favorite character in the whole fuckin show. He just knows what to say and how to say it; then he went on to get hitched with his dentist with a hook for a hand and have four children: two of them are identical to him, a daughter resembling his wife and one that looks like a mix between him and Heffer. FISHSTICKS!!!!
Filbert was my fav character I thought he was so funny. When I was younger I used to say oh fish sticks alot just like fiber did

I remember this episode from when I was little! It was the funniest thing in the world when the lightbulb lit up in Heffer’s mouth.

There is a goof that the cartoonists did not catch in this clip. Philbert has and starts off with five chips. But at 1:00 he suddenly has six chips.
I love the faces Heffer was making while Filburt was deciding which chip to eat.
